Reporting to the Associate Director of Membership, the Membership Associate will be responsible for: member prospect and outreach in key sectors and American companies, engagement of members and non-members, data management of membership base, promotion of the J-1 Intern and Trainee visa, paticipation in FACC events and other relevant events hosted by the French-American business community, management of programs for new members and staff liaision to one key-sector FACC committee.
Events and Communications Associate
Reporting to the Events Manager and Senior Communications Associate, the Associate will be charged with coordinating event and communications information from a diverse base of sources: internal & external and including speakers, sponsors, partners, hosts and food and beverage partners. The Associate will assist with all aspects of events logistics, ensuring the execution of all deliverables for our partners and a positive experience for all our attendees.
Both candidates should be fluent in written and spoken French and have familiarity with the NY French-American business community. Salary commesurate with experience. These are full-time positions, only work-authorized candidates will be considered.
