Event Policy
By registering for an FACC-NY event, you agree to the following terms:
Registration

Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

Registration closes at 12:00 PM on the business day prior to the event, unless sold out earlier.

Walk-ins are not guaranteed admission.

Member pricing is reserved for active FACC-NY members.
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least five (5) business days before the event unless otherwise specified.

Refunds will not be issued after the cancellation deadline or for no-shows.

Certain events, including galas, fundraising events, and limited-capacity programs, may be non-refundable.
Event Changes
FACC-NY reserves the right to modify the event date, venue, speakers, agenda, or format if necessary. Should an event be cancelled by FACC-NY, registered attendees will be notified of available refund or credit options.
Attendee Conduct
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, excessive intoxication, or unauthorized solicitation will not be tolerated. FACC-NY reserves the right to refuse admission or remove attendees without refund.
Photography & Media
Photography and video recording may take place during the event. By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in FACC-NY marketing, communications, and promotional materials.
Privacy
Registration information is used to administer the event and communicate relevant updates. Limited attendee information may be shared with event partners when disclosed during registration or necessary for event administration.
Accessibility
Please notify FACC-NY of any accessibility or dietary requirements as early as possible. While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, accommodations cannot be guaranteed if received after vendor deadlines.
Liability
Attendees participate at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings. FACC-NY is not liable for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage except where required by law.
Acceptance
By registering for an FACC-NY event, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Event Policy. FACC-NY reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
