In our latest Meet the Member feature, we had the pleasure of speaking with Diane Limouzineau, Director of Business Development at Teledirect Group.
Teledirect Group provides outsourced call center services around the world, servicing companies across all industries, with the aim of improving the customer experience and generating higher revenues.

FACC: TELEDIRECT GROUP is a global Contact Center and BPO vendor (Business Process Outsourcing), specialized in providing companies with outsourced services. Can you tell us a bit more about your company?
DL: TELEDIRECT GROUP specializes in handling Contact Centers and various outsourced services for companies across all industries. We are implemented in 8 countries around the world (America, Europe, Asia) which allows us to provide our clients with a 24/7 quality service. We offer tailor-made solutions for Customer Care, Client acquisition or Technical Support, providing multilingual and omnichannel support (emails, calls, webchat, messaging apps, social media…). Our goal is to improve the customer experience and help generate higher sales revenues.
FACC: In a highly competitive environment, what would you say differentiates TELEDIRECT GROUP from its competition?
DL: Since its inception 23 years ago in Singapore, TELEDIRECT GROUP has built a solid expertise serving clients from a broad range of industries (e-commerce, luxury, IT and telecommunications, banking and insurance…). Our ability to understand our client’s needs, devise customized and innovative solutions, while ensuring higher revenues, has enabled us to build trust and loyalty from our customers. Finally, our main focus has always been people. We believe that happy employees make happy clients. As a result, we are humbled and honored to have received over 200 call center industry awards.
FACC: What is your scope and how may people contact you?
DL: I am fortunate to look after Teledirect’s Business Development for North America.
