MD Voice Column- Edition 2

Chapter News | March 23, 2020

Dear members and visitors of the French-American Chamber of Commerce New York,

As a new week is about to start, we all discover we are facing new challenges, things we have never been “prepared” for, we never imagined either.

Let’s start by praising and recognizing the heroes who are saving lives, using all the science, patience, care and love they have to help those who are affected by the COVID-19 crisis. The doctors, nurses, and medical personnel nationwide are the heroes we need to thank for their dedication.

You have probably read a lot, listened to many sources, looked for information on several media over the weekend.

Our biggest challenge is ahead of us: how are we going to get out of this crisis stronger, better, more resilient and more united?

Almost everyone is “WFH” this week if not confined. So, let’s make those hours in front of our screens productive and meaningful.

At the FACC New York, we are working diligently to put together a series of webinars to offer you content on what matters most to you. We need to learn too, we need to adapt our offer and we will post soon a series of new “events” to provide you with the tools and information you need to get out of this crisis even stronger because we need to use this opportunity to learn more than ever.

The FACC NY linkedin page is very active: feel free to comment, re-post and share our content. Our website is updated everyday with new links and resources for the community.

Finally, please follow your local official directions and be a smart citizen.

We are all in this together and together we will win this crisis.
