WOMENS’ MENTORING PROGRAM (September 2021- September 2022)

The Mentee Charter:

Identify your needs as accurately as possible from the outset of the mentoring relationship
Participate fully in the mentoring relationship and voice any questions or doubts you may have as they arise
Commit to attending regular mentoring sessions with your mentor over a period of one to two years
Keep confidential the information shared by the mentors
Provide feedback on the program to the FACC & Women in Business Committee
