This 1-hour workshop will help you better manage your direct reports, clients, and even yourself!

Everyone talks about Emotional Intelligence, but most people really aren't sure how to apply it in the workplace.  It really is the softest of soft skills and can seem complex and hard to grasp. Yet being able to use Emotional Intelligence is a paramount, foundational skill that can make or break relationships.

In this workshop, we will discuss and practice the most basic, concrete, practical ways to use emotional intelligence to reduce stress, manage time, build and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients, and have greater ability to influence others.
