Young Executive and J-1 events are both informative and cultural. Organized by the committee, they cover topics pertinent to professionals beginning their career and have included presentations on cross-cultural communication and an annual networking boat cruise.

The FACC-NY and the Young Executive & J-1 Committee have the pleasure to invite you to an interactive discussion with Susan Goldberg. For FACC-NY, Susan will provide an interactive workshop series designed to heighten participants' cross-generational awareness in the workplace and improve their communication skills and relationship building, necessities to being an effective leader.

After her presentation, attendees will be given an opportunity to brainstorm (with business owners in various fields) how to apply what was learned to real work situations.The discussion will be followed by a cocktail and networking reception. Make sure to bring your business cards!

With over 25 years of executive search consulting, Susan Goldberg examines the behavior and practices around developing and retaining talent at companies. In her work with young leaders, she teaches organizations how to maximize the abilities of every employee and build stronger relationships among seasoned staff, new talent and the organization.
