Dear Members and Friends of the French-American Chamber of Commerce of New York,

We are all in this together.

It has (already!) been two weeks since the FACC NY has closed its doors to the public and it seems that New York is still going to be under the “safe distancing” policy for a while. Practically, this means the organization will not be putting together events any time soon. We all want to respect the directions and will not take any chance to risk either the members, the friends or event the staff of the FACC NY.

So how do we continue to operate in this uncertainty?

There are 2 things we believe are of upmost importance:

  • First, serving the members, YOU, to the best of our ability: we are listening to you, we will send out shortly a very simple survey to understand what the most useful tools for you would be. We know that webinars are popping up all around the nation, but what do you REALLY need?

Please respond and we’ll address those topics for you

  • Second, leading you through the maze of the recent legislation is most certainly what can help the members who struggle with their small and medium businesses, with the employees they don’t want to lay off and the uncertain future. The FACC NY is aligning its best experts on those topics to help you understand how you can benefit from those programs

This past week, the National network of the French-American Chambers of Commerce held several conference calls to see how we can mutualize our efforts and open additional resources to the entire National members. We will distribute more information this week, please stay tuned on

www.faccnyc.org and https://nationalfacc.org/

As I said before, we are here to serve you so feel free to reach out and let us know what works for you, what you are looking for and the entire staff will do whatever it takes to respond.

We are all in this together.

Isabelle Estebe
