Women in Business: Reverse Mentoring
On Thursday, November 7th, over 100 guests gathered at the Capgemini Applied Innovation Exchange for a Women in Business event: Turning the Tables, Learning from Rising Executives.
Opening keynote speaker Catherine Barba Chiaramonti brought her wealth of experience to the stage and engaged the audience with her lively and interactive approach to the topics at hand. Catherine is the founder of the New York Women in Innovation Forum, a serial entrepreneur, digital pioneer, female business angel and recipient of the French Légion d'Honneur.
Panel 1 reflected about the importance of building an online community, connecting with your followers and customers and finding your tone of voice. Moderator Dapne Dupoizat discussed with Olivia Landau, Founder of The Clear Cut, and Saskia Chanoine, Associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Panel 2 considered the challenges of inter-generational management and working remotely while stressing the importance of acquiring skills throughout your career and knowing when to ask for help. Yasmine Abdillahi moderated between Pauline Toulouze, Andrea Maurieres and Jessica Greco.
This event was organized by the FACC Women in Business Committee, one of the longest standing committees with a large body of active professionals.
