On September 22nd, one hundred members and guests of the French-American Chamber of Commerce gathered at the West Side Tennis Club in Forest Hills, New York for the 18th Annual Tennis Tournament – BNP Paribas Cup.

Individuals and corporate teams spent the afternoon playing in a round-robin doubles tournament. Each player received a BNP Davis Cup bag that included items from the FACC, Tennis Channel, Grand Central Racquet, and Dr. Sylvie Epelbaum. Players enjoyed chilled Volvic water throughout the day.

The Women’s First Place award went to Belina Anderson, and the Men’s First Place was won by Nicolas Ferigoule from Barclais. Jade Associates was the winner of the 2009 BNP Paribas Cup, with Société Générale in second place and 21West Partners in third. Congratulations to all winners!

Following the awards ceremony, players and spectators enjoyed a Champagne Paul Goerg reception on the terrace while raffle prizes were drawn. The FACC extends its thanks to the generous sponsors of the raffle, and congratulates the following winners:

Guests enjoyed a sunset barbecue dinner on the Club’s terrace for the remainder of the evening while live jazz music played in the background.
