The FACC Young Executive Committee inaugural kickoff event was held on Wednesday, February 8, 2006 in the intimate and engaging environment of the Chocolat Michel Cluizel boutique.

Renowned Parisian chocolatier Michel Cluizel’s first and only retail store outside of Paris, Chocolat Michel Cluizel, is located in the ABC Carpet & Home store. Around 70 Guests were treated to a vast array of bonbons, and a truly delicious selection of innovative cocktails both prepared and paired with chocolate.

The Young Executive Committee was formed by individual YE Members, and is led by Chairperson Emily Baron. The initiative to form the YE Committee was endorsed and supported by the FACC President, Serge Bellanger, and the FACC’s Executive Committee. The YE Committee seeks to create and organize new and exciting events for the YE constituency, share insights between FACC members and young executives, gain new members, facilitate career opportunities, and promote of the value of learning French to young Americans.
