On Thursday evening, October 6th, FACC Members and guests gathered at the Marriott East Side Hotel for a Panel Discussion that explored "The Seamless Luxury Experience: Harmonizing Events, Retail and Digital Strategies".
Serving as moderator, Robbin Mitchell, Partner and Managing Director, The Boston Consulting Group, guided an informative discussion with Marie Audier D'Alessandris, Chief of Global and North America Marketing, Coach; Thomas Serrano, President, Havas Luxe; Amanda Knauer, Senior Manager, Brand Strategy and Implementation, Cadillac; and Djamel Toubrinet, Marketing Director North America, Cegid.
With the broader question, "How to create a uniform customer experience both in-store and online?" in mind, the Panelists covered a variety of pertinent topics, from the evolving role of the brick and mortar store to cutting edge technologies like virtual/augmented reality.
